Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:

  • Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
  • Demonstrated success managing 20+ locations with full P&L accountability
  • Strong ability to drive sales, control costs, and improve operational KPIs across multiple units
  • Experience building and developing high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump into stores and lead from the front when needed
  • Must have experience implementing and maintaining brand standards, food safety, and operational consistency
  • Ability to analyze store-level financials and identify opportunities for margin improvement
  • Track record of improving underperforming locations through coaching and accountability systems
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and succession planning efforts across the market
  • Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, including new store openings and market expansion
  • Maintain strong culture and employee engagement across all locations

Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in sandwich/QSR concepts or high-volume, streamlined operations environments
  • Background with franchise systems and working within brand standards
  • New store opening experience and market growth exposure
  • Strong systems orientation with experience using POS, labor management, and reporting tools
  • High level of emotional intelligence with a coaching-first leadership mindset
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
