Director of Operations Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:

Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
Demonstrated success managing 20+ locations with full P&L accountability
Strong ability to drive sales, control costs, and improve operational KPIs across multiple units
Experience building and developing high-performing General Managers and leadership teams
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to jump into stores and lead from the front when needed
Must have experience implementing and maintaining brand standards, food safety, and operational consistency
Ability to analyze store-level financials and identify opportunities for margin improvement
Track record of improving underperforming locations through coaching and accountability systems
Lead hiring, onboarding, and succession planning efforts across the market
Partner with ownership on strategic growth initiatives, including new store openings and market expansion
Maintain strong culture and employee engagement across all locations

Director of Operations Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in sandwich/QSR concepts or high-volume, streamlined operations environments
Background with franchise systems and working within brand standards
New store opening experience and market growth exposure
Strong systems orientation with experience using POS, labor management, and reporting tools
High level of emotional intelligence with a coaching-first leadership mindset
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities
