Sales Director | Real Estate Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or related sales leadership roles
  • Demonstrated success as a high-producing real estate professional or sales manager
  • Proven experience coaching or managing agents within a brokerage environment
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
  • Ability to design and implement sales systems and drive team accountability
  • Licensed real estate broker or salesperson in New York

  • Track pipeline activity and oversee deal progression across the team
  • Hold agents accountable to production metrics and conversion targets
  • Coach agents on negotiation strategies, deal structure, and client management
  • Oversee the brokerage’s lead pipeline, ensuring effective opportunity management
  • Support agents through complex negotiations to optimize outcomes and protect commissions
  • Recruit and onboard experienced agents, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
  • Implement scalable systems and processes for a repeatable, high-performing sales organization
