Sales Director | Real Estate Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or related sales leadership
  • Demonstrated track record as a high-producing real estate professional or sales manager
  • Proven experience coaching or managing agents within a brokerage environment
  • Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
  • Ability to build systems, structure, and accountability within a growing team
  • Licensed real estate broker or salesperson in New York

  • Excellent communicator able to drive accountability and support experienced agents

Sales Director | Real Estate Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Establish clear sales processes and set performance expectations for agents
  • Track pipeline activity and oversee deal progression across the team
  • Hold agents accountable to production metrics and conversion targets
  • Coach agents on negotiation strategy, deal structure, and client management
  • Oversee the brokerage’s lead pipeline to ensure effective opportunity management
  • Step in to support agents in complex negotiations and protect commissions
  • Recruit and onboard experienced agents, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
  • Implement systems and processes to create a scalable and repeatable sales organization
