Job Title: IT Staffing Sales Executive / Account Manager
Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid, 3 days per week in office)
Our client, an established and growing IT staffing firm, is adding experienced sales producers to its Orlando team. This is an opportunity for a proven IT staffing seller to join a respected brand with strong market presence, a deep recruiting bench, and room to grow your book and your earnings.
We’re open to both hunters who love opening new logos and account managers who excel at growing existing relationships.
What You’ll Do
Develop new business with mid-market and enterprise clients across the Orlando and Central Florida market.
Grow and expand existing accounts by uncovering new opportunities and building multi-level relationships.
Sell IT staffing solutions including contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.
Partner closely with recruiting to deliver top talent quickly and consistently.
Build and manage a pipeline that drives consultants on billing and weekly GP growth.
What You Bring
Minimum 2-3 years of IT staffing sales experience with a track record of consultants on billing and GP production.
Experience as a hunter, an account manager, or both.
A stable work history that shows commitment and success in prior roles.
Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule, 3 days per week in the Orlando office.
