- Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate priorities across operational departments
- Evaluate program performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with government customers, contract stakeholders, and senior leadership
- Support strategic planning and assume Program Manager responsibilities as needed
Requirements:

- Ability to meet contract-specific security clearance and background check requirements
Preferred: Master's degree in an engineering discipline, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and experience overseeing complex government contracts or large-scale technical operations.

This is a senior-level operational leadership position requiring an engineering foundation and substantial program management experience. Candidates with experience limited to individual engineering projects or hands-on technical execution, without broader operational oversight, may not align with the role.
