Senior Vice President of Meetings & Events Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams overseeing complex meetings, events, and incentive programs.
- Drive operational excellence, consistency, and exceptional client experiences across a diverse event portfolio.
- Oversee financial performance, program profitability, resource allocation, and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Cultivate executive-level client relationships while supporting account growth, retention, and long-term success.
- Champion innovation, AI-driven efficiencies, leadership development, and scalable operational strategies.
Senior Vice President of Meetings & Events Requirements
- 15+ years of leadership experience in meetings, events, or incentive travel.
- Proven success leading large, multi-level teams and overseeing complex, high-value event portfolios.
- Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, pricing, profitability, and operational performance.
- Executive presence with exceptional client relationship management, strategic leadership, and communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end event delivery, emerging technologies, and operational best practices; CMP, CMM, CIS, or CITP certification preferred.
