Restaurant Manager
Upscale Steakhouse | New Orleans, LA
Join an established New Orleans restaurant group known for exceptional food, elevated dining, and genuine hospitality. We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading from the floor, developing a strong team, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

- Competitive base salary

What You’ll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards for service, food quality, and hospitality
- Be a visible, hands-on leader in the dining room who sets the tone for the guest experience
- Coach, support, and develop team members while building a positive, accountable work environment
- Ensure operational systems and service standards are consistently executed
- Resolve guest and team concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu ingredients, wine, and beverage offerings
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of restaurant management experience
- A minimum of two years in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
- A hands-on leadership style and a commitment to team development
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering a polished, memorable guest experience
