You'll find new business in the mortgage space. That means tracking down potential partners, making cold calls (real ones), turning strangers into allies, keeping those relationships going, and booking meetings that lead somewhere.
You'll do well here if:
You like talking to people and building relationships, in person and online
You're consistent. You show up, follow up, and keep going when it gets tough
Hearing "no" fires you up, because it usually just means "not yet"
You find a way when there isn't an obvious one, or you make one
This isn't a wait-for-leads job. You build your own pipeline.
What you'll do
Find and qualify new leads through research, networking, and cold calling
Build strong client relationships and learn what each client needs
Present our services to prospects and show how they solve their problems
Work with internal teams and use our marketing resources
Keep up with industry trends, prospect moves, and new opportunities
Keep sales reports and documentation accurate and current
Attend sales meetings, conferences, and events on the company's behalf
What you bring
A proven sales track record
Strong communication and people skills, plus some creativity
A self-starter mindset focused on results
Experience with CRM software and MS Office
Willingness to travel as needed
