Bar Manager – High-Volume Full-Service Restaurant
Broadview Heights, OH
We’re looking for a dynamic Bar Manager to join a high-volume, fun, and trendy full-service restaurant. If you love the thrill of a busy day, enjoy mentoring and developing others, and lead with a positive attitude, we want to talk to you!

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years managing a full-service restaurant bar program
- High-volume management experience, ideally $3M+ in annual restaurant volume
- High energy and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Passion for training, coaching, and developing staff
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, inventory, beverage costs, and service standards
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on an exceptional guest experience
- Previous BOH experience is a plus
