Store Manager – Miami, FL

A globally recognized fashion brand rooted in teen culture and lifestyle is launching its first Miami location. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a vibrant, community-focused retail environment in a prominent creative district, build a brand-new team, and set the standard for the brand in the U.S. market as it continues to expand.

Store Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of retail management experience (fashion preferred)
  • Experience opening or managing a high-volume store is a strong plus
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Passion for fashion and an understanding of youth-driven retail
  • Highly organized, able to balance multiple priorities
  • Hands-on, proactive, and solution-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Availability to work weekends and during peak retail periods

Store Manager Preferred Background & Skills

  • Experience launching flagship or new retail locations
  • Deep knowledge of the Miami retail landscape, especially SoHo, is an asset

Store Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the in-store team to deliver exceptional service
  • Create a welcoming and on-brand customer experience
  • Drive store performance by achieving sales goals and key performance metrics
  • Recruit, onboard, and train team members in line with brand standards
  • Oversee scheduling, staffing, and payroll management
  • Ensure seamless operations, including inventory and visual merchandising
  • Maintain high brand standards across all areas of the store
  • Partner with leadership and headquarters on performance, feedback, and initiatives
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and accountable team culture
