Executive Chef Responsibilities:

• Exceed the expectations of every guest every time – we focus on quality and our team
• Train, coach, and direct – set the bar high, set goals to exceed, and be the best
• Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting individuals
• Control all costs and manage high standards of service while paying acute attention to the details

Executive Chef Qualifications:

• Must have at least 5-10 years of progressive experience in the industry and at least 3 years as an Executive Chef
• Strong and proven leadership qualities: coach mentality, lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, clear and direct communicator, a trainer with a coaching mentality, maintain a high rate of staff retention
• Proven ability to uphold standards, exceed expectations, and build relationships – attitude and drive are everything
• A positive mindset to build a cohesive team in a fun work environment
• Passionate about being the best and developing those around you
