What You'll Do

  • Lead multiple complex construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, design professionals, subcontractors, and project partners.
  • Drive scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and overall project execution.
  • Lead and mentor field personnel while maintaining exceptional standards.
  • Solve problems proactively and ensure every project reflects the company's reputation for excellence.
  • Help build systems, improve operations, and support the organization's continued growth.
  • Lead with an ownership mentality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
