CNC Machinist – Huntersville, NC

CNC Machinist Requirements & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of hands-on CNC machining experience, including machine setup
- Experience with horizontal and/or vertical milling machines, live tooling lathes, or Swiss/Citizen turning machines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
CNC Setup Mill Machinist Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience with ERP software and ISO environments
- Familiarity with FANUC controls and 5-axis CNC machines
- Exposure to high-performance engineering plastics machining
- Previous work in a clean, regulated manufacturing environment
CNC Machinist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet engineering specifications
- Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings as needed for optimal performance
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Participate in ongoing training and cross-training opportunities
Shifts available: First shift (Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm) and second shift (Monday–Thursday, 3:15 pm–1:45 am, four 10-hour days).
