Restaurant Manager – Huntington, WV

Restaurant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Solid understanding of food safety and shift management
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and game days

Restaurant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Create a friendly, guest-first atmosphere by engaging with guests and ensuring high service standards
  • Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team training to build a positive culture
  • Manage daily operations, including shift procedures, food quality, and cleanliness
  • Enforce sanitation, safety, and compliance with health department standards
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost-control initiatives
  • Build rapport with guests and represent the company in the community
