We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer for a well-established company. The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Process Engineer role will identify, develop, and implement improvements to constantly improve site safety, process capability, and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
Manufacturing Process Engineer Qualifications and Responsibilities:
• 5 – 10 years' experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer in the production/process of metal products and components.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering required.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, problem-solving tools, and methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with batch processing.
• Experience with PLC.
• Knowledge of SAP desirable but not required.
• Basic understanding of ISO-9000.
• Identifies potential areas of process improvement in the manufacturing environment.
• Analyzes equipment, materials, processes, and systems to identify modifications to improve efficiency.
• Develops cost estimates of materials, time, labor, and other resources required to complete process improvement projects.
• Assists Production and Quality departments in the development of new methods to improve product quality and process efficiency.
Manufacturing Process Engineer Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $95K – $115K, based on experience
