Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee and run daily operations of the restaurant
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the team
- Adhere to the highest standards in guest experience, health, and sanitation
- Ability to demonstrate and live the mission and core values in daily interactions
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years as a full-service General Manager in a high-volume environment
- Must be highly polished and professional, and have strong full-service restaurant experience with a sales volume of 6 Million or higher.
- Must have experience with corporate systems and background with strong tenure working for reputable large upscale restaurant groups
- Strong leadership ability; flexibility and adaptability
- Highly skilled at financials, managing costs & labor
- High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes
- Solution-orientated, passionate about growing with a dynamic young company
