Requirements & Must Haves

  • 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to drive top-line sales through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
  • Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
  • Hands-on operator with a “kind but fair” leadership style; able to hold teams accountable
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
  • Build, train, and motivate a strong FOH and BOH team
  • Ensure consistency in service, execution, and systems
  • Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability and guest satisfaction
