The ideal candidate has experience in polished casual to upscale dining and has prior restaurant leadership or management experience. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a guest-centric environment, motivates their team, and brings a strong sense of hospitality to every shift.

Leads by example in service excellence and professionalism
Builds strong guest relationships and empowers staff to do the same
Inspires teamwork through effective training, communication, and support
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and a calm, confident leadership style
Understands performance standards and holds self and team accountable
Creates and executes action plans to achieve operational goals

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary
5-day work weeks
10 days PTO after 90 days
5 sick days
