Cafe General Manager Responsibilities + Qualifications:
- 3 years of GM experience in a restaurant or cafe environment, including hiring and training responsibilities
- Proven track record of financial management (cost controls, sales growth, profit growth)
- Experience in hospitality technology platforms (7shifts,Toast, inventory management, or similar)
- Proficient in managing third-party platforms and multiple revenue streams (dine-in, take-out, delivery, pickup, catering)
- Coffee experience is a plus!

- Charismatic, passionate, and enthusiastic personality
- A genuine desire to connect with guests, create relationships, and "plant roots" in a community
