Casual Full-Service Restaurant | Open 7 Days a Week
Are you a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to lead our service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences every day of the week.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate servers, hosts, and bartenders
- Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Manage daily floor operations, scheduling, and labor controls
- Run pre-shift meetings and maintain high service standards
- Partner with the BOH team to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and brand presentation
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- High energy, hands-on approach, and passion for hospitality
