Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Requirements & Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- 6 to 15 years of relevant corporate transactional experience
- Substantial experience with M&A, joint ventures, fundraising, fund formation, and general corporate contracts
- Active Florida Bar admission and good standing
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Senior Associate or Partner – Corporate Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters
- Lead and support mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic transactions
- Draft and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements
- Manage fundraising documentation, fund formation, and investor materials
- Oversee general corporate and commercial contract matters
- Collaborate closely with practice group leadership and attorneys across the firm
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
- Maintain high-quality client service and build strong professional relationships
