Looking for a Sous Chef who is hungry to make a mark and looking to contribute, learn and grow. $65 to $70K in salary plus an excellent benefits package.
Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Ensure every plate is picture-perfect for the guest.
- Maintain a pristine kitchen that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
- Deliver exceptional prime cost controls.
- Staff the kitchen with a team of talented believers
Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a polished casual restaurant.
- High volume experience ($5 million plus annually) and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to coach, motivate and hold your team accountable.
