Project Manager – International Growth & Construction
A fast-growing international food and beverage brand is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead new venue development across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business with 75+ locations and play a key role in bringing new venues to life.
What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from design handover through opening day.
- Coordinate builders, consultants, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
- Oversee budgets, procurement, timelines, permits, inspections, and occupancy approvals.
- Identify risks, resolve challenges, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Manage site visits, handovers, defects, and final closeout.
- Build local supplier relationships and improve project delivery across markets.
What You’ll Bring
- Project management experience in retail, hospitality, QSR, or commercial construction/fit-outs.
- Knowledge of construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and permitting.
- Strong vendor management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on, commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail.
- International project experience or experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
