Multi-Unit Operations Manager
About the Opportunity
Our client, a growing restaurant group, is seeking a hands-on Multi-Unit Operations Manager to oversee two restaurant locations while helping build the foundation for future expansion. This is an opportunity to work closely with ownership, develop high-performing teams, and help shape the company's long-term growth.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations, financial performance, team development, and guest experience across two locations, with the opportunity to oversee additional restaurants as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations across multiple locations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, food quality, and brand standards.
- Recruit, coach, and develop restaurant managers and team members.
- Manage P&L performance, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Maintain operational, food safety, and compliance standards.
- Support new restaurant openings and develop scalable operational processes.
- Partner with ownership on business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
- Experience in fast-casual, QSR, or other high-volume restaurant concepts.
- Strong P&L management and financial acumen.
- Proven success developing managers and leading teams.
- New store opening experience is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
