Restaurant Floor Manager
We are excited to partner with our client in the search for a dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This leader will oversee daily service execution, elevate hospitality standards, and foster a high-performing team culture in an upscale casual dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily front-of-house service operations to ensure seamless execution
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase repeat business
- Lead, coach, and motivate service professionals to deliver elevated hospitality standards
- Monitor service quality, floor efficiency, and guest feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business objectives, growth initiatives, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor controls to optimize performance
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Upscale Casual Dining or Hospitality Management
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing high-performing service teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
