High Volume, fast paced, full-service restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager, to join their BOH team, train then be ready to step into the Executive Kitchen Manager position

Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, motivate and develop the BOH team
- Cost Management – labor, food, supplies
- Maintain the highest standards for health and sanitation
- Be able to execute a high level of food quality in a fast-paced environment
- Act as the right-hand person to Executive Kitchen Manager
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years as a Kitchen Manager, Assistant Kitchen Manager Or Sous Chef
- Strong corporate restaurant systems experience
- Excellent communication skills and all-around team player
- Strong organizational, problem solving and leadership abilities
- Positive mindset and ability to get along with many different types of people
- Experience working with in an annual volume of $8 Million or higher
