District Manager Requirements & Qualifications – this is what we will prioritize:
- Proven multi-unit leadership experience within QSR or fast-casual restaurant operations
- Experience overseeing 4–10 locations with full accountability for performance
- Strong ability to drive sales, manage labor and food cost, and improve store-level KPIs
- Experience developing General Managers and building leadership bench strength
- Hands-on leadership style with consistent in-store presence
- Ability to analyze store performance and implement actionable improvements
- Track record of improving execution, speed of service, and guest experience
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training efforts across multiple locations
- Maintain brand standards, food safety compliance, and operational consistency
- Partner with leadership on local marketing and sales-driving initiatives
District Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in sandwich/QSR or high-volume, process-driven concepts
- Background working within franchise systems and brand standards
- Experience with new store openings or supporting market growth
- Strong systems and reporting experience (POS, labor tools, scheduling platforms)
- High energy, strong communicator, and people-first leader
