Senior Hospitality Leader – $85-$100k | Fine Dining | High-Volume | Growth Track
This is a rare opportunity for a proven operator to join a respected restaurant and step into a highly visible role, with a clear growth opportunity into a General Manager position for the right individual. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in high-volume, upscale environments, understands Michelin-caliber service standards, and brings a genuine passion for guest experience, wine, and team development.
What We’re Looking For
• Senior restaurant leadership experience in high-volume, upscale or fine-dining restaurants
• Prior tenure as a General Manager or Senior AGM in complex operations
• Deep understanding of luxury and Michelin-level service standards
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership, labor optimization, and cost controls
• Wine knowledge strongly preferred; sommelier background a plus
• Ability to mentor leaders, build culture, and drive consistency at scale
• Polished, guest-facing leadership style with high emotional intelligence
• Excellent tenures
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive base salary: $85,000–$100,000
