RESTAURANT ACCOUNTANT / DATA ENTRY
IN-OFFICE | SALARY UP TO $80K + FULL BENEFITS
This role is NOT remote and NOT entry-level restaurant exposure.
A high-volume, multi-unit restaurant group is hiring an Accounting / Data Entry Accountant to support corporate accounting operations. If you have actual restaurant group accounting experience and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, this is a strong long-term opportunity.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- High-volume accounting and data entry across multiple restaurant locations
- Daily sales, cash, credit card, and POS reconciliations
- Accounts payable, invoice entry, and vendor processing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Payroll and labor data support
- Assist with month-end close and reporting
- Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- MUST have prior accounting experience with a restaurant group
- Comfortable with POS systems and restaurant back-office workflows
- Strong data entry skills and extreme attention to detail
- Experience with AP, reconciliations, and multi-unit environments
- Proficient in accounting software and Excel
- Able to work in-office full-time

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
