Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale restaurant
- Ensure every shift runs with a sense of urgency and excellence
- Lead and inspire a polished front-of-house team to deliver exceptional, intuitive service
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high standards for food, presentation, and pace
- Maintain operational control over labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost management
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and pride in execution
- 2+ years of upscale or fine dining management experience who takes pride in delivering excellence
- Highly organized and naturally decisive, with strong floor presence and a sense of command
- Skilled in coaching and developing a high-caliber team
- Detail-obsessed with a strong eye for service, pace, and presentation
- Calm and effective in high-pressure moments
- ServSafe certified (or willing to obtain)
Compensation:
- Competitive salary, $65-$75k
