Banquet Sous Chef Benefits:
Base salary ranges between $60,000.00 – $75,000.00

Banquet Sous Chef Requirements:
- 5+ years of culinary experience either in a private club, resort or luxury hotel
- Exceptional team building, and communication skills
- Experience managing a high-volume,
- Proficient in hiring, training, scheduling, and creating menus on a seasonal basis
- Strong knowledge of current food trends and cooking methods
- Helpful and willing to go the extra mile
Banquet Sous Chef Expectations:
- Responsible for the highest level of food quality and presentation
- Good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
- Ability to work shoulder to shoulder with the team
- Must have excellent time-management skills and be a critical thinker
