Kitchen Manager – Great Growth Opportunity!

Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (big box experience preferred)
- Proven success in training, developing, and leading BOH teams
- Strong knowledge of food safety, cost control, and labor management
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on people and performance
