Restaurant Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Salary is $60,000 – $65,000

Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- Supervise and support FOH staff
- Oversee guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards.
- Assist with managing daily operations, including scheduling, and inventory
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Restaurant Preferred Background and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a FOH management role in the restaurant industry.
- Experience using POS system Toast and Toast Tables
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with POS systems; Toast experience preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe certification is preferred.
