Experienced, fine-dining, high-caliber Restaurant Sales & Marketing Manager needed for an amazing new restaurant in Washington DC. Candidates must have a passion for guest service and a drive for achieving results. This is a high-end dynamic concept looking for an exceptional leader who can drive all aspects of sales and marketing for the restaurant. Sales & Marketing Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years of current Fine Dining/Upscale Sales & Marketing Manager Experience, overseeing more than $1MM in sales annually
- Strong Entrepreneurial Mindset with an ownership mentality
- Execute the Sales/Marketing Plan, including outgoing calls, identifying and pursuing target markets, monitoring call center inquiries, local outreach, attending prospecting events, and open houses.
- Charismatic, engaging leader with excellent people skills, with the ability to build and foster a team environment
- Strong sales skills are required, inducing experience with prospecting, cold calls, and negotiating
- Preferably pedigree from fine dining/luxury brand hospitality
- A sincere passion for hospitality and creating an impeccable guest experience
- A solid and proven network of prospective customer contacts and clients is required
