This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a high-volume, guest-driven experiential concept. The General Manager will be responsible for driving operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team engagement in a fast-paced, sensory-forward environment that blends hospitality and entertainment.
General Manager Benefits and Compensation
- Base salary range: $130,000 – $150,000
- Performance-based bonus eligibility

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Current single-unit General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurants or experience based concepts
- Proven ability to lead large teams in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
- Strong operational acumen across labor management, scheduling, and floor execution
- Actively employed and currently leading a location
General Manager Must Haves
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to roll up sleeves during peak volume
- Deep hospitality mindset with strong guest-recovery instincts
- Comfort managing high guest counts, wait times, and experiential flow
- Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable in real time
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Exposure to entertainment, attractions, or experiential hospitality concepts
- Experience managing non-traditional service environments (ticketed entry, timed experiences, crowd flow)
- Strong communication skills with both frontline teams and senior leadership
- Passion for guest experience, team culture, and operational consistency
