We are looking for a manager for our local restaurant. Ideal candidates will have experience with restaurant management, including scheduling, inventory control, and people management. Candidates should have a strong owner's mentality and a passion for great guest service.
Restaurant Manager Benefits:
- Base salary between $55-$65k based on experience
- Strong bonus plan based on performance and key indicators
- 2 weeks vacation per year

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a full-service environment
- Experience managing a diverse team
- Current food handler's card
- Experience with alcohol service, controls, and regulations
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage hourly team members with consistency and integrity
- Control inventory, including portion controls, purchasing, and tracking
- Train team members on proper guest service and uphold high standards
- Monitor quality and consistency of food and beverage offerings
- Participate in local marketing efforts
- Other duties as assigned
