Are you seeking a Traveling Hotel General Manager position as the next step in your career? If you have a genuine passion for travel, we are seeking a Hotel General Manager like YOU to provide interim coverage for General Managers- overseeing, and managing operations for our full and select service properties while leading our team in executing the highest level of service.
Task Force Hotel General Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Service Hotel General Manager (350+ rooms)
- Multi-property operations experience with Marriott or Hilton
- Passionate about team and guest satisfaction
- 100% travel required
Task Force Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of both properties – not limited to front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales and engineering.
- Lead and develop the team with integrity to ensure brand standards are achieved consistently.
- Maintain a memorable guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Implement best practices that elevate guest satisfaction and foster a culture
- Prepare budgets, forecast revenue and partner on marketing initiatives to achieve goals.
- Conduct regular property audits, inspections and evaluations.
Task Force Hotel General Manager Benefits:
- Excellent base pay -$90,000. – $100,000.00
