District Manager – Corporate Dining & Catering (New York, NY)
Location: New York, NY
Compensation: $155,000 – $175,000 base salary + 22% annual bonus + equity
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Fully On-Site
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-site corporate dining and catering portfolio in the New York City market. This role oversees four locations across NYC and New Jersey, managing a $28M annual operation with a strong emphasis on executive dining, premium catering, and client relationship excellence.
This is a visible leadership role requiring deep NYC hospitality knowledge, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead senior teams in a union environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support 5 General Managers and a Catering Director across multiple sites
- Own full P&L responsibility for a $28M portfolio
- Build and maintain high-touch relationships with senior corporate clients
- Ensure consistent service standards across executive dining and catering programs
- Partner with HR and Accounting to support compliance, labor, and financial controls
- Navigate and lead within a unionized environment (Local 100)
- Maintain regular on-site presence across all locations
What We’re Looking For
- Senior operations leadership experience in corporate dining, executive dining, catering, or hospitality
- Proven success managing multi-site operations and large P&Ls ($20M+)
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills
- Experience leading teams in union environments
- Deep understanding of the NYC hospitality and corporate services market
- Ability to pass an enhanced background screening
Compensation & Benefits
