A respected heavy civil contractor is expanding its preconstruction and project leadership team and is seeking a Bridge Estimator / Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of INDOT and KYTC work. What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Estimating bridge, grading, and drainage scopes for DOT and municipal projects
- Reviewing plans, specs, quantities, and subcontractor pricing
- Supporting project handoff and execution after award
- Partnering with field leadership to ensure constructability and cost control
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in bridge or heavy civil estimating/project management
- DOT or public infrastructure project exposure
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Experience with HCSS HeavyBid / HeavyJob is a plus
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering background preferred
