We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar and beverage operations. This position includes an hourly base plus gratuity and requires 3–4 hands-on bartending shifts per week.
Job Requirements
- Experience in beverage service management, including craft cocktails and strong product knowledge
- Proven hospitality leadership with staff supervision and training
- POS proficiency (Toast preferred) and strong cash-handling skills
- Inventory, budgeting, and cost-control experience
- Skilled in scheduling, interviewing, and team management
Responsibilities
- Lead daily bar operations, staff, and guest service
- Train and develop bar staff while upholding safety and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
- Ensure compliance with health and alcohol regulations
- Create staff schedules and coordinate banquet staffing needs
- Develop a seasonal craft cocktail menu quarterly
