Floor Manager – Premier Hotel Opening | New York City, NY
Join the opening team of a new, upscale hotel in New York City as a Floor Manager and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience across multiple outlets. We are seeking an experienced, service-focused leader who can oversee daily front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure smooth, efficient, and elevated service at all times.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Lead, train, and mentor front-of-house staff to deliver impeccable, upscale service
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow to optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and service standards
- Work closely with culinary and management teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive hotel reputation
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of progressive leadership experience in upscale hotel or restaurant operations
- Strong understanding of upscale service standards and staff training methodologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment
- Experience in pre-opening or new openings is a plus
