We’re seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead a fresh, fast-casual restaurant focused on craveable, better-for-you food. This role drives great guest experiences, develops high-performing teams, and delivers strong operational results. Ideal candidates have experience with new restaurant openings and a passion for training, coaching, and building culture.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service
- Hire, train, and develop teams; build strong bench strength
- Support new restaurant openings, including onboarding and systems setup
- Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and overall P&L performance
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
- Oversee ordering, scheduling, and shift leadership
Requirements:
- 3+ years of QSR/fast casual leadership (AGM/GM)
- Experience training teams and supporting new store openings
- Strong people leadership, operations, and financial acumen
- Ability to work evenings/weekends and lift up to 50 lbs
- Food safety certifications (or ability to obtain)
