We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef/Beverage Operations Manager to lead all dining and beverage operations at our branded hotel. This role partners closely with the Director of Operations and balances hands-on leadership with financial and operational oversight across restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and catering events.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily F&B operations while maintaining high service, quality, and sanitation standards
- Hire, train, coach, and develop F&B team members
- Partner with culinary, banquet, and events teams on menus, pricing, and promotions
- Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and revenue performance
- Ensure compliance with Marriott brand standards, health, and safety regulations
- Resolve guest feedback quickly and professionally to drive satisfaction
- Support group events, banquets, and special functions
- Prepare reporting related to payroll, inventory, purchasing, and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of progressive food & beverage management experience
- Proven leadership and team-development skills
- Strong financial acumen and cost-control experience
- Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Branded-hotel experience preferred
