Store General Manager Qualifications:
- Current or very recent experience in high-volume
- Solid tenure — Consistent work history
- 2+ years of General Manager experience
- Upbeat personality — highly positive and able to coach
- Great communication skills and professional appearance
- Focusing on delivering fantastic food, great value, and amazing customer service
- Experience with Catering is a plus, but not required
- Ability to network in the local community!
