Are you passionate about seafood and culinary excellence? We are seeking an Executive Sous Chef to lead our back-of-house team in a premier seafood dining destination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Development: Oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor staff, and foster professional growth.
- Staff Management & Training: Collaborate with HR for recruitment and lead training for new hires.
- Culinary Operations: Maintain high standards of food quality and efficiency while collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu development.
- Inventory & Cost Management: Manage inventory, vendor relationships, and optimize food costs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and food safety standards.
