Front-of-House Manager Role Overview
We are hiring a Front-of-House Manager to join a high-volume, full-service restaurant in historic downtown St. Augustine. This location is part of one of Florida’s most recognized family-owned restaurant groups, known for scratch-made cuisine, long-tenured leadership, and exceptional guest service.
The FOH Manager will lead daily service, support staff performance, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic, guest-facing setting. This is an ideal opportunity for restaurant professionals who are passionate about developing teams, elevating hospitality, and building a long-term career with an established group.
Front-of-House Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of restaurant management experience (full-service required)
- Strong shift execution and team development skills
- Experience managing servers, hosts, bartenders, and service assistants
- Ability to coach for hospitality standards and hold teams accountable
- Knowledge of guest recovery, table management, and floor coverage strategies
- Stable tenure with previous employers
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and communication
Front-of-House Manager Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in scratch kitchen or heritage brand concepts
- Familiarity with tourist-driven or historic district locations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Prior exposure to large, high-volume service with multi-room or multi-level layouts
