We’re seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our fire sprinkler team. This role is essential in keeping projects on track and ensuring seamless communication across all parties involved.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate daily activities with project managers, subcontractors, technicians, and inspectors
- Communicate with city officials for permits, inspections, and project requirements
- Assist with scheduling, documentation, material tracking, and project timelines
- Maintain accurate records, update project statuses, and support field and office teams
- Help ensure projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, fire protection, or a similar industry is a plus
- A proactive, detail-oriented team player
