We are seeking a driven, outgoing, and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager to support restaurant operations and help lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a hardworking restaurant manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leads from the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
- Lead shifts and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest concerns
- Train, coach, and motivate restaurant staff
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
- Support scheduling, inventory management, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of Full-service Restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Outgoing personality with a guest-first mindset
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
