Quality-focused Restaurant group is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager that can help maintain a positive culture and build a team/ casual dining full-service – high volume restaurant.
Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the Restaurant kitchen operations.
- Help with Scheduling and managing of kitchen staff.
- Ensure food is served on time with a focus on quality.
- Work with Chef and FOH staff in all aspects of managing a high-volume Restaurant
Sous Chef Requirements and Benefits
- 2-5 Years in Kitchen Management, supervisory, or Sous Chef in a casual or upscale kitchen.
- Solid knowledge of food preparation methods and enthusiasm to work on a team.
- Serve Safe Certified is a plus.
