Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for outstanding guest experiences and high standards in a member-focused environment? We are a private country club in Georgia seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our award-winning restaurant team. This hands-on role is a full-time year-round position.
Food and Beverage Manager Duties:
- Lead the front-of-house operations and provide on-floor leadership
- Support recruiting, training, staff retention, and development initiatives
- Write staff schedules based on forecasted business levels
- Work cohesively with both FOH and BOH ensuring consistency of quality and service
Food and Beverage Manager Qualifications:
- Servant-leader mentality
- At least 5 years of food and beverage managerial experience preferably in a fine dining setting
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and service procedures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding service and a commitment to team development
