Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000–$75,000 base salary, plus bonus potential

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a book of personal lines accounts from quote through renewal
- Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person conversations
- Help clients understand coverages and make informed decisions—without pressure
- Prepare quotes for new and renewal business
- Process endorsements, policy changes, billing questions, and cancellations
- Collaborate closely with producers and teammates in a supportive environment
- Keep accurate records and follow established workflows to ensure consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Active Massachusetts P&C license
- 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and a genuine customer-first mindset
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Experience with QQCatalyst is a plus (not required)
- Bilingual Spanish is a bonus, but not required
